My Approach
Hi! My name is Angelica and my approach to care is very evidence-based, simple, and realistic.
By the time you found this page you’ve may have already Googled your symptoms, bought an array of products, or perhaps watched a TikTok about how to treat yourself. You may think that in order to get better you need to give up the things you love or resort to taking things you don’t want to take. I’ve been there and I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t need to be that way.
I understand how hard it is when you aren’t seeing results no matter what you try or how much you spend. You may feel like you have reached a dead end but I’m here to offer you options and solutions that address the root cause of your concern. My area of focus is in skin health and I look to treat the underlying cause by addressing your digestion, stress levels, hormones, and lifestyle habits. I also work with female reproductive health and areas of mental health including PCOS, painful periods, hair loss, anxiety, and low mood by combining conventional therapies with natural treatments.

I believe that at the heart of medicine there is no ego or titles, just humans wanting to help other human beings get better. My goal as a naturopath is to make you feel heard and validated through our work together. To help you overcome obstacles and to reach a place in life where you feel happy, healthy, and healed.
Professional Profile
Angelica received her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). During this time she attended the Dermatology Fundamentals Conference and completed clinical internships at both the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic and Connected Health & Skin in Toronto. She was also a recipient of the Caviar Skin Clinic scholarship based out of Vancouver, BC. Angelica continues to work as a Teaching Assistant at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine to help future graduates achieve their goals of becoming Naturopathic Doctors.
Before applying to CCNM, Angelica attended the University of Toronto where she completed the Life Sciences program with a double major in human biology and cell & molecular biology. She successfully graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science with Distinction.
